About The Position

Continental Properties is looking for a Human Resources Intern for Summer 2026 to join our HR Team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to several areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other avenues. Position Specifics: Full-Time during Summer 2026 Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Requirements

• Currently a college student enrolled in an Human Resources, Business, or related program

Responsibilities

• Be an important part of the Human Resources team, supporting the full employee life cycle
• Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review
• Post and close jobs in our Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities
• Support projects to enhance our candidate, employee, and internal team experience
