Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Interest in Human Resources and people-focused work
- Little to no prior HR experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist and learn about all stages of the employee life cycle, from hiring to offboarding
- Support HR projects and administrative tasks
- Help maintain confidential employee information
- Communicate with employees and team members as needed
