Requirements
- Strong Academic Performance and Relevant Coursework: A proven commitment to excellence through your academic achievements, including coursework relevant to the role, such as Introduction to Human Resource Management.
- Previous Work Experience: Work experience, in a corporate environment or not, that showcases your skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and create engaging activities for the internship program.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of company initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced HR professionals to manage communications, training, and engagement efforts.
- Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the 2027 internship program while ensuring the strategy aligns with the company’s goals.
- Gather and analyze feedback and research to identify trends and to evaluate the effectiveness of various HR programs.
- Share innovative ideas to improve our processes and drive efficiency, including leveraging technology to streamline operations.
