Human Resources Intern
About The Position
EdgeCo Holdings is seeking a motivated, driven and detail-oriented student to join our HR team as a summer intern in our Pittsburgh, PA office. The HR Intern’s role will be a mix of project work and day to day HR support with the 8 person HR team that provides services to almost 1,000 employees located across the United States in the areas of Wealth Management, Financial Services, Retirement Services, Information Technology, and Corporate Services. Additional Details: This is a paid internship for up to 12 weeks during the summer of 2026, located in the Pittsburgh, PA area on a hybrid or in-office schedule. This opportunity can be part-time (2-3 days per week) or full-time, depending on the candidate.
Requirements
- Successful completion of 1-2 years of bachelor’s-level program of studies for rising sophomores and juniors.
- Strong verbal and written (email) communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and assignments.
- Interact professionally with all company personnel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
Nice To Haves
- Prior relevant coursework in Human Resources is preferred.
