About The Position

Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management (Westdale) is a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. They focus on acquiring, managing and developing investment opportunities including multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use. Westdale is seeking a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources to work with them this summer in their corporate office near downtown Dallas at The Epic to gain valuable on the job experience.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience with intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to focus.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work 24-32 hours per week in the office during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm).
• Commuting to our office is required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assignments will vary across multiple Human Resource functions such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance.
