As part of our HR team, you’ll contribute directly to this mission while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience in a fast-growing organization. What You’ll Do As an HR Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the HR team while gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle. Requirements

  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • You communicate clearly and professionally
  • You value trust, transparency, and respect in the workplace
  • You’re eager to learn and gain real-world HR experience
  • You’re currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidates for open roles
  • Communicate with candidates via email and phone
  • Assist with resume screening and candidate tracking
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes
  • Help maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Assist with HR programs, initiatives, and projects
  • Support benefits administration and leave tracking processes
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
