The HR Intern is a part-time, in-person role (20 hours/week, Monday - Thursday) based in Parsippany, NJ. This is a summer internship with flexible dates starting as early as May and concluding at the end of August. The position is designed to support day-to-day human resources activities with a primary focus on recruiting and HR operations. This position offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions. Working closely with and under the supervision of a certified HR consultant, the intern will gain practical experience in talent acquisition, candidate evaluation, and HR documentation while contributing to meaningful organizational initiatives. You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in human resources and talent acquisition. You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders. You take initiative, manage your time effectively, and approach tasks with a high level of organization and professionalism. You are curious about best practices in HR and excited to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
