Requirements

  • At least One (1) year of office experience required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Requires excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a number of projects and work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A cheerful voice and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Maintenance of personnel files.
  • General administrative and clerical support.
  • Data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing and electronic filing.
  • Manage a high volume multi line phone system and route those calls to the appropriate party.
