Hoefer Welker is looking for a HR Generalist to support our overall company growth, responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management. This position requires a highly motivated, passionate professional with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. A clear desire to work within a team environment with an aptitude to execute in a changing professional environment are highly desired attributes. This position assists as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations. This position also provides support to the Director as needed on high level projects.
