This position is responsible for ensuring the accomplishment of various office tasks in the most efficient and effective manner possible. The role involves preparing routine and special reports, ensuring office operations comply with established departmental policies and procedures, and completing all human resources functions for the Corps. The position administers the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office, including interviewing, screening, and hiring employees, preparing and maintaining personnel records, handling employee relations issues and investigations, communicating and enforcing personnel policies, and preparing and planning employee training.
