The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations with a focus on recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle administration, and general HR program support. This role manages the front end of the hiring process, including candidate screening and interview coordination, while ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for applicants and new hires. In addition to recruiting support, the HR Specialist maintains accurate employee records in ADP, processes HR transactions, and assists with payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and L&D training logistics as needed. Serving as a primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, this role helps ensure efficient operations, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The HR Specialist works closely with HR leadership to execute established processes and support organizational objectives, contributing to a positive employee experience and effective HR customer service delivery.
