About The Position

As an HR Generalist, you play a critical role in supporting people operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You are a key member of the site's Talent Management team, delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional service to our associates at all stages of the employee life cycle. Requirements

• Ability to work flexible schedule to support business needs
• Service oriented, process driven and team focused leadership style
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a production manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional HR Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement and retention activities
• Administrate benefits enrollment process and FMLA procedures
• Process payroll and attendance tracking accountability
• Collaborate with site leaders to address staffing needs
• Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal legal requirements
