The Human Resource Generalist serves as an operational backbone for the East Region Human Resources team. This role involves supporting program design and implementation, screening and resolving employee relations issues based on risk/severity, leading standard work development to improve quality and process effectiveness, providing data updates, reporting and analysis for strategic objectives, daily metrics and huddle preparation, and managing ongoing logistics, personnel file management, and office equipment/supply management.
