About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (Associate or Experienced) to join their Commercial Airplanes HR team in Everett, WA. This fully onsite position supports the 737 Northline, with availability for a mid or second shift. The role involves daily employee engagement, guiding them through HR policies and benefits, driving employee engagement, acting as a liaison between management and employees, and resolving employee inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be a team player who embodies company values.

  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Human Resources certification(s)
  • 6+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
  • 1+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor for real-time engagement and solutions.
  • Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues positively and fairly.
  • Administer HR programs, policies, and practices, serving as a subject matter expert in areas like performance support and leadership coaching.
  • Partner with manufacturing managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to understand and implement HR programs in specific areas.
  • Keep records of employee interactions and resolutions, ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
  • Identify recurring employee concerns or trends and report these to HR leadership for proactive solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns and providing guidance on company policies.
  • Be a visible champion of Boeing’s values, modeling our expectations through consistent employee interactions.
