This is a temporary Human Resources Generalist position based in Tulsa for John Crane. The role provides HR support to employees across manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, procurement, and other operational functions. The HR Generalist will serve as the site lead for all HR matters, including management training, new hire programs, benefits and other company events, recruiting activities, campus activity team, and newsletter representation. Responsibilities include developing, preparing, and maintaining reporting, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations, and acting as a liaison to management regarding employee concerns, issues, suggestions, and recommendations. The role also involves handling employee requests for information on company policies and procedures, and investigating and analyzing employee relations issues such as EEO complaints, unemployment hearings, employee discipline, career counseling, and appeals. The successful candidate will enjoy fostering engagement and retention through learning, development, and affinity programs. Other duties as assigned.
