The company is seeking an innovative, enthusiastic, and self-driven HR Generalist who is eager to make a significant impact on their growing company. This role requires someone who works well independently, demonstrates strong HR competencies, and has the initiative to continually learn and grow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees. Minimal oversight will be provided, so the ability to take ownership of responsibilities is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruiting and onboarding
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with HRIS Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • ADP WFN experience and or SAP Is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing support to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements.
  • Stay informed about current trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding, making recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Exhibit a growth mindset, actively seeking out learning opportunities and contributing to the overall development of HR practices within the company.
