About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of well-rounded HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business with a focus in HR; or a degree plus a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HR certification required
  • Computer skills – well versed and able to learn new programs regularly as we support clients on different platforms
  • Remote; residing within the Eastern or Central time zone

Responsibilities

  • Handle employee relations issues, respond to employee questions and concerns, and help maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Provide support for projects, build training presentations, create HR documents and more!
  • Utilize various technology to automate and maintain HR related tasks where possible.
  • Engage with candidates conducting interviews on our clients’ behalf
  • Manage and update data for regular payroll processing cycles.
  • Maintain and handle all administrative tasks
  • Serve as a member of a team to intake and resolve issues reported through our hotline services.

  • 40-hour work week from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST M-F that we take great pride in keeping to just 40 hours!
