The HR & Finance Generalist plays a key dual-role supporting both people operations and financial administration at POSS. This position is responsible for day-to-day human resources activities—including employee lifecycle support, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance—as well as core finance and accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, expense reporting, and financial reporting support. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations-driven environment.
