The Human Resources Generalist role provides daily HR support to employees, leads and supports various HR projects, manages hourly disability absences and employee leaves (LOA, Maternity, Paternity), oversees the yearly hourly performance feedback cycle, assists with APP administration, acts as the CTPAT & TISAX Lead for Human Resources, leads/assists with internal HR audits, maintains accurate HR records and documentation, supports and manages employee events, handles Polycon Handbook management, and provides support to benefits/payroll, training & development, and recruitment activities.
