The Human Resources Generalist supports organizational effectiveness by assisting in the alignment of people, processes, structure, and culture with business objectives. This role provides hands-on guidance and support to managers and employees on core HR matters, contributing to consistent, compliant, and positive employee experiences. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Business Partners, the Senior HR Generalist works closely with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to support the execution of people programs and day-to-day HR activities. This role serves as a key resource to employees and managers, while developing a solid understanding of the business and supporting HRBP‑ led‑ initiatives.
