Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Hands-on leave administration experience
  • Strong employee relations and investigation skills
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Paylocity or comparable HRIS proficiency
  • Comfortable working across a multi-location, industrial environment

Nice To Haves

  • 4 years of HR generalist experience
  • PHR/SHRM-CP

Responsibilities

  • Pre-employment and onboarding (offer acceptance through day one)
  • Employee relations — investigations, corrective action, performance management
  • Leave administration — FMLA, STD, WC, ADA, personal, and military leave
  • Compliance — EEO/AAP, DOT drug testing, OSHA/MSHA, prevailing wage
  • HRIS administration and reporting (Paylocity)
  • LMS administration and training coordination
  • Workers' compensation and FMLA case monitoring
