About The Position
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for delivering a broad range of HR services that support the operational and strategic goals of the Colville Tribal Healthcare Authority. This role performs and provides guidance in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR policy, and compliance. The HR Generalist acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, ensuring HR practices are applied consistently and effectively across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or related discipline
- 2 years of experience in a human resources function
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Valid Washington State driver’s license (if required)
- Eligibility for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance (if required)
