About The Position

Dana-co is seeking a motivated and resourceful Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for an early HR professional who is looking to expand their experience across employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. This position offers the opportunity to step into a true generalist role with increasing responsibility over time, while partnering closely with managers and employees across the organization.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of HR experience (internship, coordinator, or generalist experience considered)
• Exposure to or interest in employee relations and manager support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• HRIS experience (e.g., PrismHR, BambooHR) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions and guidance
• Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
• Support employee relations matters, including addressing concerns and partnering with managers on appropriate next steps
• Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and follow-ups
• Support recruiting efforts and candidate experience, as needed
• Partner with payroll and benefits (via PEO) to help resolve employee inquiries
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR operations and compliance
• Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements
