Requirements

  • Update HRIS with employee changes, hires, terminations
  • Benefits administration including changes/updates, FMLA, LOA's, WC, Medical, Dental and ancillary plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations and updating policy as required
  • Build a strong understanding of company background and the philosophy around service and community.
  • Hiring, training, corrective action, recognition, development and retention.
  • As necessary, investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
  • Responsible for online recruitment presence, ensuring brand standards are achieved.
  • Reward and recognition - Recognizing the work and effort of employees
  • Handle day to day staffing environment and co-ordinate HR role among departments.
  • Ensure employee benefits are managed and coordinated
  • Recruitment - management of external resources - headhunters, open position posting.
  • Employee recognition, celebration and development.
  • Act as an ambassador and representative of Troutbeck both on property and in the community
  • Attend manager meetings as scheduled.
  • Read and respond to emails.
  • Approves weekly payroll submission.

Responsibilities
