Requirements
- Clear and kind communication, even in challenging situations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Experience supporting managers with disciplinary actions or performance issues
- Tech-savviness and proficiency with software platforms (Google Workspace, HRIS, etc.)
- Functional knowledge of Illinois and Indiana employment laws
- A degree in HR/Business or at least 2 years of HR experience

Responsibilities
- Onboarding new hires
- Partnering with managers on employee relations, including difficult conversations
- Ensuring compliance with policies, benefits, and leave administration
- Managing HR systems and data
- Serving as a primary point of contact for HR-related communications
