The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources administration and generalist functions across the company under the direction of the HR Director. This role assists with employee support, onboarding, HR records, payroll and benefits administration, timekeeping processes, and consistent execution of HR policies and procedures across all locations. In addition to HR responsibilities, this position supports company safety and fleet compliance efforts, including safety documentation, incident tracking, branch safety observations, driver-related recordkeeping, and administration of the Samsara fleet management system. This role requires regular travel to branch locations to support employees and managers, assist with HR and safety consistency, and maintain visibility across the company. The position also supports a well-organized and professional office environment by maintaining supply inventory and ensuring conference rooms and common areas are appropriately stocked.
