This is a full-time, in-person position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience; construction industry experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support regional recruiting and onboarding efforts, including interviews, hiring events, and execution of the integration playbook.
Support employee relations activities, including performance conversations, documentation, investigations, and exit interviews.
Partner with leaders to execute training and development initiatives and conduct regular project team check-ins.
Track performance management activities including new hire follow-ups, coaching needs, and merit/bonus processes.
Support regional and jobsite events, foster a culture of care, and conduct regular project site visits.
