General Purpose: Maintain a positive work culture and ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations including employment laws. The Human Resources Generalist will provide support in a multitude of HR areas, including but not limited to: Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefit and FMLA Administration, HRIS administration, trainings, credentialing and privileging, audit, report, and survey preparation and submission, employee relations, and Worker’s Compensation/Safety. This position will report directly to the HR Director. Must reside in or be planning to relocate to Colorado by time of hire.
