About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for organizing and supporting Human Resources activities, such as recruitment, employment, employee relations, training, performance appraisal, HRIS, personnel records, compensation management, benefits administration, and organization development. Familiar with a variety of HR concepts, practices and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related degree and 3 to 5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Human Resources law, concepts, practices, and procedures.
Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Must possess current driver’s license.
