About The Position
Provides technical assistance to staff, faculty, supervisors, and applicants using HR systems, including the online hiring platform and HRIS. Troubleshoots system errors, guides users through system functions, and escalates complex issues when necessary. Monitors system workflows and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Recommends enhancements to HR processes, documentation, and system functionality to support continuous improvement across HR operations.
