Semmes, Bowen & Semmes has an immediate opening in our Baltimore office for a Human Resources Generalist. This position will assist with the support of employee relations, benefit programs, talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, and payroll. Our ideal candidate will oversee the annual open enrollment process; act as the main point of contact for all employee benefit programs and works directly with our business partners regarding enrollments and employee inquiries. Assist with payroll processing, invoice reconciliation, and reporting. We are looking for a candidate that has three to five years of progressive HR experience as a generalist or multifunctional HR role with SHRM or PHR certification strongly preferred. We offer a flexible work environment with options for hybrid and remote work. Semmes is a paperless office with personal laptops provided for employees. This position will require the candidate to commute to our Baltimore office 3-4 days per week.
