The Human Resources Generalist will provide administrative support and guidance to the human resource function while helping ensure best practices are maintained. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees, benefits administration, and employee support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage sensitive and time-sensitive responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism. A successful candidate must be a team player, possess strong follow-through skills, and be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
