This role will lead recruitment efforts for hourly positions, manage HR processes in Workday, facilitate orientation, track safety certifications, and assist in promoting wellness and benefit programs. The Generalist will also coordinate associate relations efforts, benefits support, recognition programs, and HR reporting needs.
