About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Human Resources Generalist in Chicago IL 60629 (Onsite). This role will drive projects and tasks in service of improving Time & Attendance Processes at the site, and drive projects related to streamlining and harmonizing the I-9 process. The Generalist will create SOPs, build T&A capabilities within the site for managers to own and drive the process, and develop and standardize local processes around Leave Management, Time & Attendance, and Absenteeism Management. This role requires working with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels in the organization to drive projects and focus areas. Requirements

• Proficient in working with various People data and metrics and deriving insights into trends and causalities to eliminate losses
• High Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to analyze problems down to the root cause and balance between immediate fixes and developing long term systemic solutions to frequently occuring problems processes and enhance our capabilities.
• Ability to influence and engage all relevant stakeholders to identify key drivers and enroll in action plans.
