About The Position

THE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPORTING THE FULL EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE, INCLUDING RECRUITING, ONBOARDING, PAYROLL COORDINATION, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, COMPLIANCE, AND HR OPERATIONS. THIS ROLE SERVES AS A KEY PARTNER TO MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES, ENSURING CONSISTENT APPLICATION OF HR PROCESSES AND A POSITIVE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with job boards and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., ADP)
  • Experience in payroll processing and compliance
  • Knowledge of wage and hour laws
  • Experience in employee relations
  • Experience with HRIS for maintaining employee records
  • Knowledge of company policies and employment laws
  • Experience with performance management processes
  • Experience with benefits administration and enrollment support
  • General administrative support skills
  • Experience with scheduling, documentation, and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer)
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools to build strong pipelines
  • Partner with hiring managers to drive timely hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fill
  • Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process, including pre-employment requirements and new hire setup
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity and records in HR systems (e.g., ADP)
  • Manage and coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Review payroll reports, audit for discrepancies, and partner with finance as needed
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies, wage and hour laws, and internal controls
  • Maintain payroll-related documentation and support reporting requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee issues
  • Partner with managers to address performance concerns and provide guidance
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Support audits, reporting, and documentation as needed
  • Support performance management processes (reviews, documentation, tracking)
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR communications
  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions and enrollment support
  • Coordinate with vendors and support open enrollment processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function and leadership as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and maintenance of HR trackers
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as required to support business operations
