Human Resources Generalist
About The Position
Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Human Resources Generalist in Chicago IL 60629 (Onsite). This role involves driving projects and tasks to improve Time & Attendance Processes, streamline the I-9 process, create SOPs, build T&A capabilities, and develop/standardize local processes around Leave Management, Time & Attendance, and Absenteeism Management. The Generalist will work with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels to drive projects and focus areas. Stefanini is a global provider of outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises worldwide, with a presence in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Requirements
- Proficient in working with various People data and metrics and deriving insights into trends and causalities to eliminate losses
- High Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to analyze problems down to the root cause and balance between immediate fixes and developing long term systemic solutions to frequently occuring problems processes and enhance our capabilities.
- Ability to influence and engage all relevant stakeholders to identify key drivers and enroll in action plans.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects/ tasks in service of improvement of Time & Attendance Processes at the site.
- Drive projects related to streamlining and harmonizing I-9 process.
- Create SOPs and build T&A capabilities within site for managers to own and drive the process.
- Develop and Standardize local processes around Leave Management, Time & Attendance and Absenteeism Management.
- Work with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels in the org to drive projects and focus areas.
