Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist supports corporate HR initiatives and helps foster an engaged, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace. You’ll partner with the Senior Director and leaders across the organization to implement HR programs that strengthen employee relations, improve communication, and reinforce a positive culture. You’ll also drive engagement efforts, support wellness and performance initiatives, and ensure HR practices align with Clarion’s strategic goals. This hands‑on, relationship‑focused role relies on your ability to build trust, anticipate needs, and champion continuous improvement to support both employees and the business. This open vacancy is a full‑time, 12‑month contract position.
