Assist in the management of the Human Resources operation while providing advice and guidance to departmental managers and Team Members regarding the interpretation and implementation of NRWC policy and procedures. Responsible for the communication and administration of programs, procedures and policies related to all functional areas of Human Resources including staffing, benefits, training, compensation, management reporting, Team Member transactions, data base and HRIS systems management.
