About The Position

KVCAP is seeking a full-time, positive, and energetic individual to join their Human Resources team. This role will encompass all aspects of recruitment, including scheduling and conducting interviews, as well as managing the hiring and onboarding processes for all KVCAP departments. The position also involves providing support to other HR team members.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • 5-7 years of office experience required, human resources preferred
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and practices
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong written and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and successfully meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills and aptitude, including Word and Excel
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and have use of a vehicle insured to State of Maine requirements
  • Must be able to meet requirements of agency & State Child Care Licensing regulations for background checks and physical exams
