About The Position

Logan Health is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team and serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders across the organization. This is a newly structured position designed for an HR professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, employee support, and being the person others can count on when they have an HR question. Experience with FMLA, leaves of absence, and workplace accommodations is strongly preferred, but not required. We're looking for someone with a solid HR foundation who understands the importance of confidentiality, can navigate sensitive employee situations, and knows how to find the right answer—or the right HR partner—when a question is more complex. While your home base will be the Logan Health Whitefish HR office, your HR partnership will extend far beyond Whitefish. You’ll be a member of the broader Logan Health HR team, working closely with colleagues in Whitefish, Kalispell, across the Hi-Line, and in remote locations to provide consistent, responsive HR support to employees and leaders throughout the system.
