About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive human resources support across the organization. In partnership with the Vice President of Human Resources, this role supports the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with and advance organizational goals and business objectives. The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in a broad range of HR functions, working collaboratively across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation, Employee Relations, Compliance, Benefits, and Performance Management. This position serves as a trusted resource to leaders and employees, helping to reinforce company values, culture, and consistent HR practices throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to gather and document job responsibilities, required skills, and qualifications for new and existing roles.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure consistency of all company job descriptions, accurately reflecting duties, expectations, and requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of job descriptions to ensure accuracy, alignment with organizational changes, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation Manager and Talent Acquisition team to support job description accuracy for market analysis, job postings, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and leadership regarding HR compliance, policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational standards and values.
  • Support Payroll, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Compensation teams as needed to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with managers and leadership to support employee development initiatives, including training and development planning in coordination with the Learning and Development function.
  • Maintain current knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR operations.
