Requirements

  • Two years professional office experience is required.
  • Computer knowledge to include Word and Excel required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communications skills as well as organization skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to effectively interact with employees at all levels and convey important information clearly.
  • You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities to address employee concerns and navigate complex situations with empathy and integrity.
  • A solid understanding of HR and Payroll principles, compliance, and employee relations is critical, along with the ability to think strategically and contribute to the organization's continuous improvement.
  • Being customer-centric is a must, as you'll be advocating for both staff and operational needs.
  • Adaptability and attention to detail will help you manage multiple tasks efficiently in our dynamic healthcare environment.
  • A passion for innovation will empower you to propose fresh ideas that enhance employee experiences and foster a positive workplace culture.

Nice To Haves

  • One year in Human Resources strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Workers Compensation.
  • HRIS systems and onboarding strongly preferred.
  • Canva experience strongly preferred.
  • Payroll & HRIS systems, UKG/Kronos is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with various departments to address employee relations issues and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Involved in performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
  • Handling employee inquiries.
  • Manage HR documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with payroll/labor regulations.
  • Processing payroll.
