The Generalist will also handle workers' compensation claims, advise managers on employee relations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. As the primary HR contact for assigned clinics in Minnesota, this position will serve as a resource for employees on various HR-related matters. The role also involves conducting employee onboarding/offboarding and orientation programs, and other assigned tasks.
