About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Generalist to lead and manage HR operations for five small companies under shared ownership. This position is based in our Oklahoma City corporate office and oversees all HR functions, ensuring consistent standards, compliance, and employee support across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on HR leader with strong multi‑company or multi‑site experience, excellent communication skills, and deep knowledge of employment regulations and HR systems in the healthcare space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi‑site or multi‑company oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
  • Experience with Paycom strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations with professionalism and consistency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on HR execution.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations for approximately 300 employees across five companies.
  • Manage employee relations, counseling, corrective actions, and documentation.
  • Lead the full hiring lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and standardized HR procedures.
  • Administer Paycom for onboarding, performance, corrective actions, and employee data management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA and wage & hour regulations.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health plans, open enrollment, and 401(k) management.
  • Track and maintain employee professional licenses and certifications.
  • Provide HR reporting, workforce planning support, and guidance to leadership teams.
  • Serve as the primary HR resource for managers and employees across all companies.
