Our global Human Resources Generalist team partners with our HR teams and leaders to foster long-term mutual prosperity for each individual and for the organization. HR Generalists engage closely with employees, leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Professional Services, and HR Operations teams. In this role, you will help accelerate Daktronics’ success through people in the Sioux Falls factory by partnering closely with leaders and teams on recruiting, candidate experience, employee experience, and HR process excellence. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle—including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and transitions—while serving as a trusted HR resource. You will collaborate with HR teams and leaders to implement best practices aligned with Daktronics’ philosophies, continuously improving processes and contributing to people and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Ability to effectively exercise discretion, objectivity, and independent judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to travel by air and ground and comply with the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Demonstrated success in HR, leadership, or supervisory roles
  • Applying and enforcing policy
