The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resources operations while working within the mission, vision, and core values of the organization. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional employee experience from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing employment support. The HR Generalist serves as a primary point of contact for employees, applicants, and new hires and is responsible for coordinating onboarding, orientation, employee follow-up meetings, scheduling, HR administration, and payroll support while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
