TCOM is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR partner for assigned locations. This role supports the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department, including onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, and policy compliance for a diverse workforce of manufacturing, professional, and field employees. The HR Generalist will work directly with local leadership and employees while collaborating with the broader HR team. This position requires a proactive HR professional who is comfortable working independently and delivering high-quality HR support across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
