Purpose Statement Human Resource Specialist that partners with Manufacturing Site Pillar Owners to implement capability builds for Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) roles including TRIO’s, equipment, pillar and system owners. In addition, support pillar operating systems for daily and weekly line performance through pillar capability plans that drive employee engagement, productivity, in alignment with sites assessed TPM Phase. This position will also assist with implementing policies, procedures and coordinating activities for the following TPM PP systems: Associate Learning and Development, Leadership Development, High-Performance Team Development and periodic Organizational Assessments. Role will be member of site(s) People Pillar and other pillars teams as necessitated by sites requirements. Role will play a crucial role coordinating with Site TPM Pillar Owners, Human Resources Centers of Exellence (COEs), our Enterprise Service Organization (ESO) and Line TRIO’s to build capabilities in associates and teams that enhance overall employee experience and drive productivity. This is an excellent oppourtuntiy to build your human resource skillset and gain exposure to the multiple areas of HR within a manufacturing setting.
