Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR professional to support and execute core People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent, compliant, and people-first employee experience. Key areas of ownership include HR operations and employee relations, payroll and timekeeping administration, benefits and compensation support, performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR data reporting.
