About The Position

This role is a blend of Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition responsibilities. The primary focus will be on leading full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles, from initial intake to offer extension. The position involves partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs, sourcing and engaging candidates through various platforms, conducting interviews, and managing the overall hiring process. Additionally, the role will support onboarding, serve as a point of contact for HR policies, maintain HRIS data, and assist with the employee referral program and internship coordination. There is also an opportunity to collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and social media promotion of open roles. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (professional roles preferred)
  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles, from intake through offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles
  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Facilitate recruiting kick-off meetings and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership
  • Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies and evaluate performance and ROI
  • Administer pre-employment assessments and prepare candidate summaries
  • Track recruiting metrics, expenses, and effectiveness of sourcing strategies
  • Lead and manage the Employee Referral Program, including communication, tracking, and payouts
  • Partner with Marketing to promote open roles across social media and employer branding channels
  • Support onboarding and deliver a positive new hire experience, including orientation coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and programs
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports to support business decisions
  • Assist with internship program recruiting and coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and HR processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Support compliance with employment laws and company policies
