This role is a blend of Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition responsibilities. The primary focus will be on leading full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles, from initial intake to offer extension. The position involves partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs, sourcing and engaging candidates through various platforms, conducting interviews, and managing the overall hiring process. Additionally, the role will support onboarding, serve as a point of contact for HR policies, maintain HRIS data, and assist with the employee referral program and internship coordination. There is also an opportunity to collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and social media promotion of open roles.
